Garden beautiful

We can hardly keep up with the amazing bounty our garden is producing this year!

Anyone have ideas for using cucumbers?! (Note to self: Do NOT plant 5 cucumber plants next year! 1 or 2 will do just fine!)

What a blessing to be able to walk outside and pick all these yummy veggies for dinner! It amazes me just how much can be grown in a relatively small space.

  1. Loved getting to see your garden in person. You are definitely the Queen of Cukes and Zukes! An auspicious title to be sure. ;-) Thanks for sharing your garden goodies with me. Hope you enjoy having this spot to share your creations.

  2. What a wonderful collection of cucumbers! In our house, there is no such thing as too much ;-) I don't have any recipes since we enjoy eating it raw (I dip mine in hummus, hmm)

Oh, I thought of one - if you like Tzatziki, you make that with cucumbers (and you can dip your cucumbers in it as well :-)

  4. Make cucumber soup!! The best unknown soup their is! It is my family's equivalent to chicken soup for the soul. You actually become a better person after drinking it. Okay, not really, but you do feel special for knowing it's secret ;0) I am still away but I will send you the recipe or come over and make you some when I get back... xo Jill (R.)
